Invite more clients for collaboration

As an agency, you can invite an unlimited number of clients and an unlimited number of client users – at no extra cost. ProoferHive meets all needs, whether the collaboration is about campaigns, videos, catalogs or occasional jobs - big or small.

All projects are completely private between selected participants in your team and each client.

How to add a new client

On the ProoferHive start page you will see your workspace list. Click on the plus sign [+] at the top of the list. Give the workspace a name, which can also be the client's name.

Create a new workspace

At the workspace list: Click the plus button [+]. Choose “New workspace” [+] and name it.

Invite participants

Click the three-dot-menue next to the workspace name. Choose “Members”.

1. Invite selected employees from your team.

2. Invite your client via email.

Start up a project

Which you probably already know how to do.

At the project list: Click the plus button [+]. Choose “New project” [+]. Name the project. Add a tab where you can upload (or drop) your content (files).

You can invite one or more users to the client (There needs to be at least one administrator, who can also invite other colleagues to their team).

In the projects you choose which clients will participate – and when.
